Some Truly Magnificent Quotes

There are many really superb writers and authors out there who change the way we think with some of their words, just a small sentence of symbols and letters can mean something extraordinary, we call these, as you probably know, 'quotes'. they are one of my favourite forms of inspiration, so I thought we should take a look at a few of them. I've been looking forward to this!

“You have to write the book that wants to be written. And if the book will be too difficult for grown-ups, then you write it for children.”
- Madeleine L'Engle

"Not all those who wander are lost."
- J.R.R Tolkien
“There is nothing like looking if you want to find something.”
- J.R.R. Tolkien

"It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default."
- J.K. Rowling

"A little nonsense now and then, is cherished by the wisest men."
- Roald Dahl

“The more you leave out, the more you highlight what you leave in.”
- Henry Green

“The universe is made of stories, not of atoms.”
- Muriel Rukeyser

“Some writers enjoy writing, I am told. Not me. I enjoy having written.”
- George R.R. Martin

“A great writer reveals the truth even when he or she does not wish to.”
- Tom Bissell

“Quiet people have the loudest minds.”
- Stephen King

I think that wraps it up for now, anyway, according to Herb Caen "A city is not gauged by its length and width, but by the broadness of its vision and the height of its dreams.", Seeya Folks 😉.
